Fair Path Foundation helps experienced professionals get back to real, high-impact work, and works to fix the conditions, including retaliation and toxic workplaces, that push people out in the first place.
A layoff. A caregiving gap. A health crisis. A workplace that punished someone for doing the right thing.
The reasons professionals get pushed out of the workforce vary. The result is the same: skilled, capable people get sidelined, and the longer they stay there, the harder it is to get back in.
Fair Path Foundation exists to close that gap, and to be honest about the reasons behind it, including the ones organizations don't love to talk about. We place experienced professionals into real roles at vetted nonprofit and mission-aligned organizations: work that produces real deliverables, builds a real portfolio, and puts people back in a position to lead.
Alongside that direct work, we research the systemic barriers to reentry, including workplace retaliation, publish what we learn, and partner with employers who want to build workplaces people don't need to escape from.
Fair Path Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) public charity.
